Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using pamperme.ph or the Pamper app (once released), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. What Pamper is
Pamper is a marketplace platform that connects clients with independent, verified massage therapists for on-demand, in-home massage services in the Philippines. Therapists on the platform are independent service providers, not employees of Pamper or TechZ Digital.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Philippine law to use Pamper. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
4. Bookings and payments
When you book a session through Pamper, you authorize us to charge the applicable service fee to your selected payment method. [TODO: pricing, cancellation windows, and refund policy are pending Business Owner sign-off and will be added before launch.]
5. Becoming a therapist
Therapists applying to join Pamper must hold a valid NC II certification in massage therapy, a Department of Health (DOH) license where applicable, and a National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance, and must pass Pamper’s verification process before accepting bookings. Approved therapists provide services as independent contractors and are responsible for their own conduct, licensing, and compliance with applicable law.
6. User conduct
You agree to use Pamper respectfully and lawfully: treat therapists and clients with respect, provide a safe environment for in-home sessions, and not use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Pamper facilitates connections between clients and independent therapists but does not itself provide massage therapy services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pamper and TechZ Digital are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent therapists, except as required by applicable Philippine law.
9. Intellectual property
The Pamper name, logo, and platform content are owned by TechZ Digital and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Pamper at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct that we believe endangers other users or the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use of Pamper after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
